The Fixer: The Naked Man

After ditching her cheating lover (who just happens to be her boss), NYC college student Katerina Mills is stuck in dead end temp jobs.

When her dad ditches her mom and his promise to pay Kat's college tuition bill, Kat has two weeks to come up with $14,000 or she's out of her apartment, out of school, and out of luck.

Katerina falls into a job as a "fixer” for New York City's wealthy and privileged men.

What is a fixer? These men have problems they need “fixed,” quick and on the QT, and they’re willing to pay. A lot.

The rules are simple: collect the money, use your contacts, fix the problem.

Kat soon learns the real rules for a fixer: there are no rules, there are no refunds. Get in. Get results. Get gone.

And most important? You might get away. But once you’re in, there’s no getting out.

The Naked Man is the first book in The Fixer series.

Since there are other stories out there of professional "fixers," I decided my series would be an origin story. How did Katerina Mills find herself in this line of work?

The story has grown and changed in ways I could not have imagined. I think sometimes my characters are telling their own story and I'm just the stenographer taking it all down! But I have fallen in love with these characters and I can't wait to see what happens to them.
